About the Role
As a Front Desk Auxiliary, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive best-in-class customer service from the moment they arrive. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of our dental center, where you will manage the patient lobby, greet visitors, and facilitate seamless interactions between doctors, staff, and patients. You will help create a comfortable and professional environment while handling scheduling, inquiries, and administrative tasks that keep our practice running efficiently.
