About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, optimistic, and high-energy individual to join our team as a Front Desk Office Receptionist and Bookkeeper. This position serves as the foundation for keeping our fast-paced office organized, particularly during the critical income tax season from January to April.
You will be the face of our firm, managing significant client interface with a professional, businesslike manner. As a key assistant to our CPAs and tax professionals, you will handle daily client communications, schedule appointments, and ensure the smooth flow of our operations. The role requires a self-starter who can take initiative and work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
Work Environment & Commitment
This is a full-time role requiring a commitment of at least one year. Hours typically average 40 per week during regular periods, with increased overtime required during the busy tax season (January–April). Hours may be reduced during the remainder of the year. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess their own vehicle for occasional office errands.
