About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to serve as a key financial leader for our multi-location dealership group. This role is critical for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring unwavering accuracy in our numbers and budgets, and maintaining operational financial discipline.
The Corporate Controller will directly supervise the Accounting Manager and partner closely with the CFO, General Managers, lenders, and external advisors. A central pillar of this position is supporting our strategic target of an IPO in 2029. You will play a pivotal role in building the necessary public-company infrastructure, establishing SOX-ready controls, and elevating our reporting practices to meet SEC standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our finance organization, with the potential for succession to the CFO role following the public offering.
