We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented SEC Reporting Manager to join a high-growth Aerospace Manufacturer. The Role

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring strict adherence to SEC regulations, GAAP, and SOX compliance. You will manage critical lease accounting calculations, including lease liabilities and right-of-use assets, while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as legal, treasury, and investor relations. Beyond technical execution, you will provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members and support the CFO and senior executives with special projects and analyses. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between complex financial data and clear communication, interpreting new rules from the SEC, FASB, and PCAOB to maintain company compliance.
