Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead planning, execution, and completion of all external financial reporting activities
- check_circleServe as primary liaison with external auditors, internal audit, and regulators on reporting matters
- check_circleManage, mentor, and develop financial reporting managers and staff to foster technical excellence
- check_circleDraft, review, and coordinate disclosure committee and audit committee materials and presentations
- check_circleMaintain governance over regulatory reporting processes and support FDICIA and SOX 404 controls
- check_circleMonitor emerging accounting and regulatory developments to advise senior management on impacts
- check_circleOptimize reporting tools and automation to drive continuous improvement and workflow efficiency
- check_circlePrepare, review, and submit regulatory reports including Call Reports and FR Y-9C filings
Requirements
- verified10+ years financial reporting, technical accounting, or public accounting
- verifiedSEC reporting experience
- verifiedBS/BA in accounting or finance
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMaster's degree preferred
- verifiedStrong knowledge of banking regulatory reporting requirements
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Co-pilot)
