Polsinelli is hiring an Office Administrator for its Denver office. Along with the Office Managing Partner, the Office Administrator represents Polsinelli in their assigned office and serves as the point of contact for that office. This role demonstrates exceptional client service to all the Firm’s external and internal clients and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. The Office Administrator works directly with the Office Managing Partner to keep the physical and administrative operations of the office running smoothly, ensuring employees have the necessary tools and training to perform their essential functions.
The Office Administrator works closely with attorneys to determine their support needs and coordinates Firm and client office events. This includes collaborating with the Office Managing Partner(s), marketing, attorneys, and other staff members on all critical office, practice group, and client events, initiating planning and implementation. Attendance may be required during events, including those outside of regular business hours. The role also involves planning and organizing staff and employee-focused events, such as holiday events, office luncheons, and open house events.
