As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and employees, serving as the face of our Houston office. This role is essential to keeping the office running smoothly, blending professional hospitality with efficient administrative support. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate conference rooms, handle mail and shipping, and support internal and external events. Your ability to anticipate needs and maintain a polished, professional presence will ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
This is a full-time role based in Houston, Texas. The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Fridays worked from home unless office presence is required. Flexibility is available to assist occasionally with early-morning or after-hours events as needed.

Experience coordinating conference rooms, catering, and meeting logistics across multiple departments. Comfort partnering with building management/security on visitor access and office operations. Interest in serving in optional office roles (e.g., Fire Warden) or pursuing Notary certification, if applicable. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively identify improvements to office processes.
