As a Patient Service Representative, you will serve as the vital liaison between patients and our medical support staff. Your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming environment by greeting, instructing, and directing patients, while managing phone inquiries and scheduling appointments. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that every interaction upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence and delivers outstanding customer service.
