This position serves as a strategic partner to the distributor, supporting the off-premise sales component of the market plan for a specific geographic area. Aligned with Constellation Brands Beer Division's top off-premise accounts in a priority DMA, the role is dedicated to driving off-premise sales through effective business planning, retail execution, customer relationship management, and budget management.
You will function as a high-level advisor to Key Account Managers, National Sales Managers, and Market Development Managers on all matters related to off-premise sales. The day-to-day involves building and maintaining strong relationships with the owners and managers of top off-premise accounts, while also supporting training initiatives for the wholesaler off-premise team. You will prioritize existing accounts, deploy resources to achieve market goals, and identify market-specific business development opportunities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with retail execution standards, develop promotional plans, and evaluate results against the plan to drive continuous improvement.
