As a Sales Consultant, you will join a team of top sales professionals to drive your personal income potential to six figures and beyond. This role is designed for results-driven individuals with a passion for new homes who are ready to take their career to the next level.
You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, procuring and following up on sales leads, and networking with realtors and competitors. Success in this position requires negotiating and closing sales deals, completing accurate contract paperwork, and analyzing market data to keep our communities competitive. While maintaining standard sales office hours, you will prioritize flexibility to meet customer schedules, including weekends.
