The Business Development Manager is the strategic driver of Delta Faucet Company's growth within the multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, and light commercial segments across the assigned territory. This role exists to cultivate deep, strategic relationships with the key influencers who shape product selection—developers, owners, MEP contractors, general contractors, architects, and design firms.
In this position, you will execute go-to-market strategies that position Delta Faucet's full portfolio as the preferred solution for multi-unit and light commercial projects. Your day-to-day involves building a robust pipeline of active projects, delivering persuasive presentations to decision-makers, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to resolve specification challenges. You will represent the brand at industry trade shows and events, ensuring Delta Faucet remains at the forefront of the market while driving the standardization of our products across large portfolios.
The ideal candidate will be based in Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, or another Midwest city with easy access to a major airport. This role requires travel as needed across the assigned territory, typically 30–50% overnight travel.
