As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. You will work within the scope of practice defined by state laws, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop and implement therapy plans of care in coordination with physicians and the broader healthcare team. Your work will directly impact patients by observing, recording, and reporting their response to treatment and changes in condition, ensuring high-quality, personalized care in the comfort of their own homes.
