As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. You will provide services within the scope of practice defined by state laws, utilizing evidence-based techniques in coordination with the broader healthcare team. Your work involves evaluating patient functional status, consulting with physicians to develop therapy plans of care, and monitoring patient responses to treatment.
