About the Role

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering individualized occupational therapy services to help patients develop, regain, or maintain independence in daily activities following illness, injury, or disability. Working under the supervision of the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with Campbell County Health's mission and values.

In this role, you will conduct assessments, establish and implement plans of care, recommend adaptive equipment, and educate patients and caregivers. You will support departmental goals, contribute to program development and performance improvement initiatives, and practice in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards. The position requires flexibility to meet patient needs, including participation in weekend coverage and the ability to provide coverage to other CCH service lines during times of high or low census.
