About the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center
Part of Campbell County Health’s comprehensive system of care facilities, the Legacy Living and Rehabilitation Center is a long-term care facility located in Gillette, Wyoming. We offer both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services, built with our residents and their families in mind. Our mission is to provide dignified care and purposeful living every day.

About the Role
As a Skilled Nursing Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and treat short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term care residents to improve or maintain their function and independence. You will develop individualized, patient-centered therapy plans, support admissions and discharges, and monitor changes in condition to reduce functional decline.
Your day will involve communicating progress with patients, families, and the care team while contributing to program development and departmental goals to enhance patient outcomes. You will collaborate with OTAs and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care, and you will have the opportunity to supervise OTAs, aides, and students in accordance with regulatory standards.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be graduates of an approved or accredited occupational therapy school and currently licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in the state of Wyoming. Experience is preferred but not required. Please refer to the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification Policy and Certifications/Education Requirements Policy for specific certification details.
