This opportunity is located within a skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing comprehensive post-hospital short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services. As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will support patients recovering from illness or injury in a long-term capacity (up to 366 weeks). Your day will involve implementing established treatment plans and maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the care team and patients alike.
You will work 8-hour day shifts (8:00am–4:30pm), 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Please note that weekend rotation is a required component of this schedule.
