As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will travel between the Campbellsville and Liberty branches to provide essential care. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment. Your work will involve applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests to determine the level of function, ensuring care is delivered within the scope of practice defined by state laws and in coordination with the broader health care team.
