We are a collaborative team seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our supportive private practice setting. Whether you are a practicing physician or a 2026 graduate, this role offers a unique opportunity to thrive in a culture that values compassionate care and collegial teamwork.
You will join a comprehensive, full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice designed to support both professional growth and personal well-being. The role involves managing a high-volume environment with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care, supported by a robust Advanced Practice Provider (APP) team including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse-Midwives, and a Physician Assistant.
Your day-to-day will be defined by flexibility and efficiency. You will work a 3.5-day clinic schedule with options for a post-call day off and dedicated OR half-days. Our shared call model (1:6 rotation) ensures equitable coverage, with call often taken from home and dedicated nurses handling initial patient inquiries. You will benefit from consistent in-office clinical support and weekend rounding assistance from APPs.
The practice is equipped with state-of-the-art resources, including access to DaVinci robots at both hospital locations and strong community support from specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, gyn-oncology, and urogynecology. A robust mentorship and partnership pathway is available for those looking to grow within the group.
Beyond clinical excellence, we offer a supportive environment featuring on-site hospital laborists and OB/GYN-specific ERs at both Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women's & Children's Hospital. Both facilities feature Level III NICUs and are conveniently located just two blocks apart, facilitating efficient inpatient care.
