This role is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or 2026 graduate to join a collaborative team in a comprehensive, full-scope obstetrics and gynecology practice. You will work alongside a robust Advanced Practice Provider team, including Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse-Midwives, and a Physician Assistant, ensuring consistent in-office clinical support and weekend rounding coverage. The position offers a flexible schedule with 3.5 clinic days per week, options for post-call days off, and a shared 1:6 call rotation that can be managed from home unless clinically necessary.
Located in Nashville, Tennessee, this practice provides access to Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women's & Children's Hospital, both featuring Level III NICUs and conveniently located two blocks apart. The hospitals offer on-site laborists, OB/GYN-specific ERs, and access to DaVinci robots. You will also benefit from strong community support from specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, gyn-oncology, and urogynecology, along with robust in-practice referrals for GYN surgical cases.
