As an OB/GYN physician with Intermountain Health, you will join a newly forming obstetrics & gynecology practice in Billings, Montana, employed by the Intermountain Medical Group. You will become a vital part of our women's health network, connecting with certified nurse midwives, gynecologic oncologists, urogynecologists, and allied health providers like pelvic floor physical therapists across the Mountain West.
In this role, you will work within a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. Your schedule will feature a mix of clinic, surgical, and inpatient responsibilities. As an OB/GYN Hospitalist, you will primarily spend your time in Labor & Delivery, while also providing care in the Emergency Department for patients with obstetric or gynecology needs. Call expectations average 6 12-hour shifts per month (1:10), taken restricted.
You will practice at St. Vincent, a large regional referral center welcoming an average of 1,800 deliveries annually. The facility features a Level III NICU, care for patients at all levels of acuity, and a surgical center equipped with three Da Vinci Robots (XI & DV5). We are a designated Baby-Friendly Hospital, ranking in the top 3% for Obstetrics and top 1% for Women's Services by Women's Choice Awards Best Hospitals 2025. Anesthesia is available in-house 24/7, and a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) clinic is onsite and available 24/7 for telehealth consults. The team is excited to be relocating to a newly built facility in 2029.
