Women Obstetrics & Gynecology (WOG) is a highly regarded, all-female physician group in Nashville, Tennessee, dedicated to a patient-first and high-touch approach to women's health. Named Nashville Scene's Best OB/GYN Practice in 2025, our practice is built on the pillars of personalized, evidence-based medicine, team collaboration, and provider well-being. We foster a supportive private practice setting where compassionate care and collegial teamwork are paramount.
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our collaborative team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a practicing physician or a 2026 graduate who values a supportive environment. You will practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology within a robust support system that includes a dedicated team of Women's Health Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse-Midwives, and a Physician Assistant. Each provider is assigned consistent in-office clinical support, with weekend rounding assistance available from our APP team.
Our practice is designed for efficiency and work-life balance. You will work a flexible schedule of 3.5 clinic days per week, with options for a post-call day off and dedicated OR half-days. We utilize a shared 1:6 call rotation to ensure equitable coverage, allowing call to be taken from home unless clinically necessary, with dedicated nurses handling initial patient calls. You will have access to DaVinci robots at both hospital locations and benefit from strong community support from specialists in maternal-fetal medicine, gyn-oncology, and urogynecology.
Joining WOG means becoming part of a group that prioritizes provider well-being alongside patient outcomes. We offer a supportive call environment featuring on-site hospital laborists and OB/GYN-specific ERs at both Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Women's & Children's Hospital. Both facilities feature Level III NICUs and are conveniently located just two blocks apart, facilitating efficient inpatient care. Additionally, we provide robust in-practice referrals for GYN surgical cases and a clear pathway for professional growth through mentorship and partnership.
