The Administrative Clinical Supervisor serves as the administrative manager during off-shift hours, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the hospital when departments are not fully staffed. In this critical role, you will represent hospital administration to maintain effective and efficient management of patient care and safety according to departmental standards.
You will function as a vital resource to clinical staff, guiding them in service recovery, safety protocols, and the interpretation of hospital policies and the NYSNA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Your day will involve collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nurse Managers to optimize staff utilization, proactively analyze resource needs, and facilitate continuous improvement in the delivery of patient-centered care. As a leader on the night shift, you will be responsible for assessing and reassigning staff to meet the dynamic needs of the unit while upholding the highest standards of care for a diverse patient population.

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or in progress. Three to five years of acute care experience. Current certification in PALS and NRP.
