About the Role
Join a dedicated, collegial team as a full-time Nurse Practitioner within Kadlec Regional Medical Center's fast-paced Urology practice in Richland, Washington. You will partner with three Urologists and three Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) to provide innovative care. This role offers a balanced schedule with a Monday to Friday commitment of 36 patient-facing hours, allowing you to enjoy the sunny climate of southeast Washington.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include rotating between outpatient clinic, inpatient care, emergency department call, and serving as a first assist in the operating room. The team utilizes robotics-assisted technology to deliver high-level patient care. While Urology and OR experience are preferred, the position is designed for providers looking to grow within a supportive environment.
