This position serves as a Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager-Complex, acting as a pivotal leader within the nursing department. The position balances three key areas of focus: tactical day-to-day activities (50%), operational management including budgeting and performance evaluations (40%), and strategic goal setting aligned with the Intermountain/Regional Strategic Plan (10%).
