We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) to join the healthcare team at Riverside Transitional Care in La Crosse, WI. This role is designed for professionals who bring high-quality clinical skills and a "can-do" attitude to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will play a vital role in supporting our rehab, geriatric, and memory care populations, ensuring that every resident receives compassionate and safe care.
In this position, you will coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans while providing guidance and leadership to Nurse Technicians, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Medication Assistants. Your day-to-day involves administering treatments and medications, assisting with activities of daily living, and documenting care and observations to ensure continuity for the team. We offer flexible scheduling options to fit your life, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Call roles. Full-time positions cover 80 hours per two-week pay period, while Part-Time roles require 16+ hours. Casual Call positions allow you to build your own schedule with just three shifts a month.
Shifts vary by day and include weekends and holidays, though our standard schedule ensures every other weekend and every other holiday off. Available shifts include:
Premium pay is available for those opting for the "Every Weekend" position, along with PM and NOC differentials.
