Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a 13-week travel assignment in Bismarck, North Dakota. As a member of our team, you will provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, ensuring their health, comfort, and well-being. This role is designed for professionals who want to make a positive impact on patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility of travel work.
In this position, you will oversee patient care plans, administer treatments, and monitor for changes in condition. You will collaborate closely with healthcare teams, physicians, and therapists to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. A key part of your day involves supervising nursing staff, educating residents and families on managing chronic conditions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
