About the Role
We are seeking a Non-Emergency Driver to join our team, dedicated to safely transporting members in a passenger van. This role is critical to ensuring our clients receive reliable and secure assistance during their travel needs.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for the safe operation of a passenger van. Your day-to-day duties include assisting members with entering and exiting the vehicle, conducting daily vehicle inspections before and after shifts, and accurately tracking driver logs using an iPad and paper forms when necessary. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for reporting any issues or incidents to dispatch.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and prior driver experience. Previous experience in passenger transport is highly desired. We require a strong work ethic and the ability to work reliably without supervision. Candidates must be able to sit for prolonged periods and be available to work overtime if needed. Additionally, you must be able to complete online training and pass CPR certification.
