About the Role
As a Night Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction across a diverse array of facilities, ranging from office spaces to industrial sites. Your primary objective is to cultivate strong relationships with our Independent Contractors while collaborating closely with the Facility Solutions Manager to oversee client inspections and address customer inquiries.
In this night shift role, you will manage a variety of accounts routed by the Facility Solutions Manager. Your nightly routine involves executing operational policies, managing inspections and customer complaints, and utilizing our CRM program to perform inspection reports and upload facility photos. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our service quality by communicating client priorities, making recommendations for work assignments, and ensuring compliance with client standards.

- check_circleEnsure compliance with client policies, approved cleaning tools, and equipment usage
Requirements
