About the Role
The Slim Chickens in Minot is hiring a dependable and proactive Night Manager to oversee evening operations and lead our closing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take ownership of the nightly guest experience. As the Night Manager, you will ensure the restaurant closes smoothly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service while supporting your team through the evening shift.
