About the Role
As the first employee the guest encounters, the Front Desk Concierge is responsible for being gracious and efficient while upholding Charming Inn's reputation for hospitality, service, and luxury. This position is dedicated to the afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm), serving as the vital link between our guests and the rich experiences Charleston has to offer. You will collaborate with bell staff and housekeeping to provide a seamless guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth and elegance of our brand.
