Come and join the magic at Aulani, where the Spirit of Aulani comes to life through exceptional guest experiences. As a premier resort destination, our mission is to create unforgettable moments for our guests while fostering a supportive and vibrant community for our Cast Members.
As an Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing the initial "Spirit of Aulani" experience before they even arrive. You will answer phones and assist with pre-arrival needs, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to stay. Once guests arrive, you will continue to provide outstanding service by assisting them with in-house questions, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
This role requires maintaining a pleasant, engaging, and positive demeanor—delivering "a smile in your voice"—while managing constant communication via a phone station. You will act as a central hub, dispatching guest calls, assisting Cast Members, and handling special requests with high attention to detail and exceptional listening skills. The position demands the ability to remain calm in highly stressful situations, navigate emergency procedures, and possess a deep knowledge of Resort offerings, the Hawaiian islands, and the surrounding area.
You may also be cross-utilized in other roles, such as Front Desk and Arrival Staff Agent or Concierge Agent, assisting with check-in/out processes, room inquiries, dining reservations, and event schedules.

Additional planned time off, such as vacations or non-paid time off, may not be available until the New Year.
