About the Role
As a Bartender at our hotel restaurant and bar, you will provide customized beverage service in a friendly, energetic, and timely manner. You are responsible for ensuring every guest has a great time or a relaxing experience while at the bar. This role requires a passion for guest service, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Your day will involve greeting guests with a smile and using their names whenever possible to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will manage the bar area by maintaining proper setup, stocking beverages and fresh garnishes, and executing precise mixology using standard recipes. Beyond drink preparation, you will handle cash management, operate POS systems, and ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation policies. Collaboration with service and kitchen teams is essential to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Hiring Process
Candidates with experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchises are preferred, particularly those with prior bartending experience. We look for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines. A flexible schedule is required, including availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on hotel demands. Please note that punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out procedures are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleComplete daily inventory prep sheets and other side work tasks as required by labor rules
- check_circleEnsure compliance with food safety policies regarding product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning
- check_circleCollaborate with service and kitchen teams to provide efficient and effective guest service
- check_circleInput orders into the POS system and manage cash transactions including change and payment verification
Requirements
