The Guest Services Supervisor at Stonebridge serves as a vital partner to the Operations Manager, ensuring the Front Office delivers professional and competent service to every guest. This role is designed to elevate the guest experience by overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction scores.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between departments, communicating maintenance needs to Engineering and room status to Housekeeping. You will manage the software systems used for reservations and transactions while handling special requests and group blocking. The role requires a blend of operational oversight and hands-on guest interaction, ensuring that the front desk runs smoothly from check-in to check-out.
