About the Role
The Grill Cook position is designed for individuals who enjoy the 'all hands-on deck' mentality of a small kitchen. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are energized by making other people's jobs easier and staying busy. This role requires a team player who cleans up behind themselves and seeks out opportunities to "leave it better than you found it." We value employees who are not afraid to acknowledge and learn from their mistakes while contributing to a growing company that values its staff.
Schedule
This position offers a strict Monday-Friday schedule between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. There are no evening or weekend hours required.

- check_circleRestock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and label items with time and date
- check_circlePlan orders to ensure items served together are finished simultaneously
- check_circleClean food preparation equipment, work areas, counters, and tables
- check_circleConduct general cleaning activities in the kitchen
- check_circleAdhere to all food safety and safety guidelines
Requirements
- verified2+ years of kitchen experience
- verified1+ years of grilling/frying experience
- verifiedServSafe certification preferred
Nice to Have
Experience in a cafeteria or similar setting. ServSafe certification.
