- check_circlePartner with Sales and Events teams to create customized menus for group business
- check_circleManage food and labor costs including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory control
- check_circleMaintain strong vendor relationships and oversee sourcing of high-quality ingredients
- check_circleEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- check_circleLead daily kitchen operations including scheduling, prep, production, and service

Requirements
