About the Role
As a Night Audit, you will play a critical role in the hotel's daily operations, working with a high degree of independence and responsibility. Without direct management supervision, you are entrusted with closing out the business for the day, ensuring all financial and operational systems are balanced, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs during non-traditional hours.
This position requires a proactive, responsive, and caring attitude. You will be the face of the hotel during the night, greeting guests with a sincere welcome and providing accurate information about outlet hours and local attractions. Your ability to work semi-independently while maintaining a winning personality and a strong sense of duty is essential to ensuring a smooth operation and a positive guest experience.
