About the Role
The Night Auditor serves as the vital link between the day's operations and the next morning's start. In this full-time position, you will ensure the smooth overnight operation of the hotel by balancing revenues, performing essential bookkeeping activities, and delivering exceptional guest services. From handling check-ins and check-outs to resolving guest inquiries, you will be the face of the hotel during the quiet hours, ensuring a seamless experience for every traveler.
Work Environment
This role is primarily based indoors at the New Orleans location. The position requires the ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. While the role involves extended periods of sitting at a computer and telephone, it also includes occasional standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lbs. You will coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve issues and monitor guest activity to maintain security and safety throughout the night.
