As a Guest Service Agent at Stonebridge, you are the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive. This position is designed to ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding service. You will support the front office team in handling guest inquiries, payments, and reservations, all with the goal of maximizing guest satisfaction.
This role is based in the hotel's front desk and lobby areas, primarily working indoors. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods throughout your shift. You will frequently interact with guests and team members via computer and telephone, and may occasionally need to lift or carry items up to 10 lbs. A flexible schedule is essential, as you will be expected to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet the needs of our guests.
