The Night Auditor Relief & Guest Services Agent serves as the vital link between the hotel's financial operations and guest experience during the overnight hours. This role ensures the seamless transition from one business day to the next by balancing revenues, performing essential bookkeeping, and providing dedicated guest services. From check-ins and check-outs to resolving inquiries, the Night Auditor guarantees a smooth and secure overnight operation for the hotel.
This position is primarily based indoors within the hotel's front office. The role involves frequent use of computers and telephones, requiring extended periods of sitting, as well as occasional standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lbs. As a full-time, non-exempt position, the role requires availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
