About the Role

As a Night Auditor, you are the guardian of our overnight operations, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly while our guests rest. This role is a unique blend of hospitality and operational precision. You will be responsible for managing audit-related reports, handling incoming mail, and maintaining strict security protocols to ensure the safety of both team members and guests. From locking exterior entrances to managing late arrivals, your vigilance creates a secure foundation for our day-to-day success.

Beyond the technical duties, you are a key part of our guest experience. Even during the night shift, you are expected to greet every guest with a smile and a name, maintaining the warm, friendly atmosphere that defines our brand. You will work collaboratively with the team to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that the transition between shifts is seamless and that our operational checklists are completed with 100% accuracy.
