As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will join our team to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders. This role is designed for a recent nursing graduate eager to grow clinically and make a meaningful impact. You will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across a variety of acuity levels.
Your day-to-day involvement will include participating in care coordination, clinical rounds, and discharge planning to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care. You will advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met while upholding Mission Health's commitment to excellence.
