As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will join a supportive team dedicated to safe, patient-centered care. This role is designed for a recent nursing graduate eager to grow clinically and make a meaningful impact. Under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders, you will provide comprehensive nursing care across a variety of acuity levels, ensuring that the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients and their families are met.
Your day-to-day will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members. You will participate in care coordination, clinical rounds, and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes. While you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient responses, and maintaining accurate documentation in our electronic health records, you will do so within a framework that prioritizes patient safety and infection control.
