This position is designed for a recent nursing graduate eager to launch their career in a supportive setting. As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across a variety of acuity levels, ensuring that physical, emotional, and educational needs are met for both patients and their families.
Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members, you will participate in care coordination, clinical rounds, and discharge planning to promote optimal outcomes.
