About the Role
As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will join a fast-paced team where you deliver high-quality care to patients in critical need. This role is designed to bridge the gap between academic preparation and professional practice. You will collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute comprehensive care plans, ensuring every patient receives the attention and expertise they deserve.
In this position, you will be an integral part of the emergency response team, responsible for assessing patients, monitoring vital signs, and responding swiftly to changes in condition. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families about treatments, medications, and discharge instructions, fostering trust and understanding during challenging times.

Requirements
- verifiedActive RN license in state of practice
- verifiedBLS certification required

Nice to Have
