As a New Graduate Registered Nurse, you will join our team to provide safe, patient-centered nursing care under the guidance of experienced clinical leaders. This role is designed for a recent nursing graduate eager to grow clinically and make a meaningful impact. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients across a variety of acuity levels, ensuring that physical, emotional, and educational needs are met for both patients and their families.
Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary team members, you will participate in care coordination, clinical rounds, and discharge planning. Your day-to-day involves completing thorough patient assessments, administering medications and treatments accurately, and utilizing electronic health records in accordance with hospital policies. You will advocate for patients while adhering to safety, infection control, and quality standards.
