About the Role

We are actively seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Nephrologists to join our teams in Sacramento and Roseville, California. This general nephrology position is part of a group of 12 nephrologists assigned to these locations, focusing on clinic appointments (both telehealth and in-person), hospital calls, and dialysis rounding.

This role offers a unique opportunity to focus entirely on providing excellent patient care without the burden of managing overhead and billing. There are no RVUs, allowing for a work-life balance focused practice with flexible schedules and unmatched support. Hospital call duties are scheduled one week at a time, totaling up to 9 to 10 weeks per year. Additionally, the position offers the potential for additional leadership roles over time.
