About the Team
CHI St. Alexius Health is the largest healthcare delivery system in central and western North Dakota, serving 355,000 residents across the region. Our Bismarck facility is a 185-bed, full-service acute care medical center and a Level II Trauma Center, supported by a network of critical access hospitals and numerous clinics.
Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is a Level III facility supported by a team of Neonatologists, Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs), and long-standing support staff. We are a growing, hospital-employed team within a multispecialty facility known for its stellar reputation for clinical excellence and community service. The practice serves over 1,000 annual deliveries and offers a collaborative environment where neonatologists are on call from home, allowing for a balanced approach to patient care.
