We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to utilize a strong academic background and experience in antenna and radome measurements, including near-field range tests and near-field to far-field transformation. The successful candidate will apply a solid understanding of array and AESA technologies, supported by working knowledge of electromagnetic simulation and analytical tools.
This role is designed for a Senior Principal Engineer who demonstrates lead experience at both technical and programmatic levels. Beyond technical contributions, you will be expected to manage cost and schedule, engage in proposal writing and presentations, and mentor junior engineers to develop the next generation of subject matter experts. You will work in a multi-tasking environment, potentially requiring travel to integration sites, customer facilities, and subcontractor locations.
This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. Candidates must have the ability to obtain an interim clearance before starting.

Background measuring and analyzing near field range tests. Lead experience at the technical and programmatic levels. Propensity for learning through self-study and being comfortable in a multi-tasking environment. Understanding of allocating and flowing down requirements from the system to the component level. Knowledge of cost estimating, plus budget and schedule management. Strong academic background including courses in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems. Strong hands-on experience with microwave testing techniques, including using spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), and Performance Network Analyzers (PNAs). Experience in technical writing, proposal writing, and oral presentations. Secret clearance or interim clearance on day 1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering OR PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
