The Antenna and Microwave Department (AMD) technicians will work closely with engineering staff and technicians to perform antenna and radome measurements, including near field range tests. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of antenna positioners and near field scanner mechanical systems. This role is primarily onsite in Tewksbury, MA, with occasional support required at labs in Marlboro and Andover.\n You will be part of a team that values diverse skills and experience. In this position, you will lead by example as a champion of respect, diversity, and inclusion, and ethical conduct within the organization. The role may involve 2nd and 3rd shifts as well as weekend shifts, and may require travel to integration sites, customer facilities, and subcontractor locations.
This position requires a U.S. government-issued security clearance (Secret) prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

Hands-on experience with microwave testing techniques, including using spectrum analyzers, Real-time Spectrum Analyzers (RSAs), Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), and Performance Network Analyzers (PNAs). Knowledge in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems. Experience working directly with engineers, scientists, technicians, and leadership in an engineering lab environment. Ability to build positive, constructive professional relationships. ABET accreditation of educational institution. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Strong constructive problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
