The Antenna and Microwave Department (AMD) technicians will work closely with engineering staff to perform antenna and radome measurements, including near field range tests. This role is primarily based onsite in Tewksbury, MA, with occasional support required at labs in Marlboro and Andover.
The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of antenna positioners and near field scanner mechanical systems. This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The ability to obtain an INTERIM clearance is required before starting.
DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. More information about Security Clearances can be found on the U.S. Department of State government website.

Knowledge in Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, and Radar Systems. Experience working directly with engineers, scientists, technicians, and leadership in an engineering lab environment. Ability to build positive, constructive professional relationships. ABET accreditation of educational institution. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Strong constructive problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
